!GRAB POWERUPS AND SHMUP YOUR WAY TO THE TOP IN THIS SHMUPPY SHMUP!

A simple bullet hell-type shmup that I made in Gamemaker Studio 2 over the course of 4 or 5 days . I had a lot of fun with this one, as it was the very first real game I made with GML. 

Also, I used a tutorial. It was hella helpful! Thank you RETRO CEMETARY GAMING for the 47 video playlist, it really opened my eyes to the fun that is further accruing arthritis by typing many many MANY lines of code. Check it out if you just dropped 100 bucks on GMS2 and wanna make a fun game while learning, too!

 The other one I made was created in Drag and Drop and it's so embarrassing to even look at in comparison. I wanted to share this with my friends, so here it is! Enjoy, whoever sees this. Did I also mention this game was a shmup?? :-]
